The top of the table is made from heavy thick MDF with a high pressure laminiate on top and bottom surfaces. And each plate is prebored with a bit hole and gauge slot. The fence of the router table is made of strong extruded aluminum angle with a hardwood surface and features a large bit recess, with a fluorescent retractablr bit guard and a vacuum attchment.
